Job Opportunity:
Director of Resource Development with YWCA Bucks County in Trevose, PA Do you love building relationships and turning conversations into real funding support? YWCA Bucks County is looking for a hands-on fundraiser to manage donor relationships, plan standout events, and grow revenue for a mission that changes lives. As the Director of Resource Development, you will lead YWCA Bucks County's fundraising and donor engagement efforts—managing key priorities, strengthening donor relationships, and driving revenue growth while working closely with the Executive Director on major gifts and grants. In this role, you will: Lead annual giving, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, and donor pipeline development while personally managing select donor relationships Plan and execute fundraising events end to end—logistics, sponsorships, publicity, media outreach, and event committee support Cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and independently manage mid-level relationships, with gifts and sponsorships ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 Partner with the Executive Director on the annual development plan and identify and support grant opportunities (current grant revenue is approximately $1.7 million) Maintain donor records in DonorPerfect and use data to guide stewardship and fundraising decisions Create newsletters, donor appeals, and social media content, and track campaign performance and donor trends to inform planning
Qualifications:
2-4 years in development, fundraising, or nonprofit resource development; bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or nonprofit management Demonstrated ability to execute fundraising campaigns, support donor cultivation, and grow revenue Experience with a donor CRM (DonorPerfect preferred) 2-4 years of grant writing preferred Strong writing skills for donor appeals, newsletters, and stewardship communications, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
