We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Gift Processor to support fundraising and development efforts by ensuring charitable contributions are accurately processed, recorded, and acknowledged. Competitive compensation and benefits package Responsibilities Process and enter donor gifts, pledges, and campaign contributions into the donor database.
Verify gift documentation and ensure all donations are accurately recorded and coded.
Generate donor acknowledgments, receipts, and thank-you correspondence.
Maintain donor records and update constituent information as needed.
Reconcile gift activity and assist with reporting for fundraising campaigns.
Support development, finance, and advancement teams with data requests and campaign tracking.
Research and resolve gift processing discrepancies.
Assist with donor mailings, special events, and other development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor confidentiality standards. Qualifications 1+ years of administrative, data entry, gift processing, fundraising support, accounting, or related experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with databases, donor management systems, CRM platforms, or similar software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Preferred Experience Nonprofit, fundraising, higher education, foundation, or development office experience.
Experience processing donations, gifts, grants, or pledge payments.
Knowledge of donor database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms.
