Through community meal services and tailored nutrition programs, we serve hundreds of thousands of neighbors each year with dignity, compassion, and care. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Annual Giving Manager to lead our organization's efforts in raising $800,000 - $1,000,000 through our annual giving program. This pivotal role involves expanding current, while developing new innovative fundraising campaigns to maximize giving. The ideal candidate's primary focus will be to drive sustainable growth and steward individual mid-level donors by leveraging their hands-on expertise through personal engagement, digital marketing and data management. Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy to achieve and increase sustainable revenue goals between $800,000 - $1,000,00
Personally cultivate, solicit, steward, and upgrade a portfolio of mid-level donors with giving potential of $1,000 - $4,999, recommending single and multi-year pledge commitments
Expand past giving donor outreach and solicitation
Plan and execute direct mail, email, and Day of Giving appeals (e.g., holiday, year-end, spring), partnering with DoP and Director of Marketing
Must be a goal oriented and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate accountability, initiative, creativity and focus
Create donor-centered messaging that aligns with Loaves & Fishes' mission and values
Coordinate donor acknowledgements, impact reporting, and personalized communications
Partner with program staff to translate outcomes into compelling donor stories
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, donor retention, and revenue trends, using insights to refine strategies and inform future fundraising efforts
Maintain accurate donor records, contact logs, and campaign tracking in Salesforce
Collaborate with communications, program colleagues, and leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities
Support board and volunteer engagement in annual giving and donor cultivation
Contribute to overall philanthropy planning and cross-departmental initiatives
Other Duties as required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, with a focus on annual giving
Proven track record of managing successful fundraising campaigns and meeting revenue goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling donor-focused messaging
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to make data driven informed decisions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Clear understanding of food insecurity, community impact, and serving vulnerable populations
Foundation and Government Grant experience a plus
Experience working with volunteers or board members in fundraising efforts Salary & Benefits
Salary range $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience
