Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Donor Relations Update and maintain donations and donor relation database on Bloomerang Maintain consistent and clear communication with donors Identify and cultivate new donors Create copy for bi-annual Impact Report Send thank you notes and annual tax receipts Donor Appreciate Event (As scheduled) Grant Writing Identify, write, and apply for relevant grant opportunities throughout the fiscal year Manage ongoing grant submissions, tracking, and payments as required by grants Grant goal of $115,000 for 2025/2025 fiscal year Fundraising Create concepts for relevant marketing and fundraising campaigns Annual Fundraising Campaign (Sept.-Dec.), revenue goal of $60,000 for 2025/2026 FY Annal Fundraising Gala (Winter/Spring), revenue goal of $125,000 for 2025/2026 FY Work with Managing Director on Annual Gala, including but not limited to: procurement, venue coordination, staffing for event, managing gala student cast, communications with guests, and event logistics Other fundraising campaigns as scheduled Sponsorships Work with the Managing Director to identify and secure Business and Family Sponsors Manage and maintain sponsor-relevant marketing and advertising commitments General Responsibilities Weekly check-ins with organization leadership Reporting departmental progress and updates at weekly staff meetings Create a monthly departmental report for the Board of Directors Manage and maintain department-relevant sections of the website (WordPress) Create and send department-relevant communications through Constant Contact Participate in staff events and responsibilities like house managing productions, Faculty Showcase, and other special events as scheduled
Job Qualifications:
Commitment to YTN's mission and values regarding arts education. 2+ years in a relevant field, preferably within the non-profit or performing arts sector. Strong organizational, communication, and sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in collaborating with staff. Dedication to equity and inclusion, particularly as it pertains to race and gender identity. Previous experience with Bloomerang, Qgive, Jotform, Wordpress, Constant Contact, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Instrumental preferred but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
