The Opportunity We're looking for a Tax Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead staff on client engagements, develop client relationships, and play a key part in our continued growth. Responsibilities Lead staff on tax preparation, planning, and research engagements Support tax audits from initiation through resolution Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and taxing agencies Interact with client personnel and develop ongoing client relationships Advise clients on business matters and financial decisions Requirements 3-5 years of current public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax work; assurance experience a plus Bachelor of Science or Arts in Accounting required; Master of Taxation a plus Licensed Washington CPA, or able to obtain licensure within six months of hire Advanced computer skills within an accounting firm environment; ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-paced setting Excellent project management and organizational skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid personal time off Cell phone benefit Free parking Current technology platforms Business casual office attire Volunteer opportunities Training & Development We is committed to your growth.
