What Youll Do:

Lead and execute strategic fundraising initiatives (individual, corporate, foundation giving)Manage a portfolio of ~150 donorsCultivate, solicit, and steward major giftsBuild meaningful, long-term donor relationshipsPartner with leadership and foundation teams to drive impactSupport events, donor tours, and major campaignsMeet and exceed fundraising goals while strengthening donor engagement

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree (preferred)35+ years of successful fundraising experience (major gifts & corporate sponsorships)Experience with donor databases (Raisers Edge highly preferred)Strong relationship-building and communication skillsProven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and executivesHighly organized, able to manage multiple prioritiesPassion for KVCs mission

Requirements:

Valid drivers license & auto insuranceAbility to work occasional evenings/weekendsHybrid schedule (3 days in office)
