Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join a growing Development team and help build the next chapter of its individual donor program. This is an opportunity for a talented fundraiser who is ready for more - more ownership, more opportunity to learn and grow, and a clear path for continued career advancement. You'll work with a supportive leader who invests in her people and wants them to succeed, while taking on meaningful, visible work including: Creating and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, digital and emerging platforms Growing recurring and mid-level giving and developing strategies to retain, engage and upgrade donors Using donor data and analytics to strengthen segmentation, test strategies and improve fundraising results Building the donor pipeline by turning first-time supporters into loyal donors and identifying opportunities for future major gifts And the mission is extraordinary. Your work will help generate the resources that create opportunities for thousands of young people and families in communities across King County. We're looking for someone with nonprofit fundraising experience who knows how to connect with donors, execute strong campaigns, use data to improve results, and collaborate with colleagues across an organization.
