DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish donor qualification criteria and lead moves-management strategies for individual donors within the mid-level giving portfolio ($5,000- 24,999 annually).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze donor, fundraising, and program performance data to support strategic decision-making. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with donors, teammates, vendors, and stakeholders. Knowledge of donor lifecycle management, moves management, donor segmentation, retention strategies, and mid-level fundraising best practices. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, talent development, and performance management. Ability to build strategic donor relationships and effectively leverage senior leadership participation in cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities. Demonstrated vendor management skills, including the ability to manage deliverables, monitor performance, and ensure accountability to objectives and timelines. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to remain flexible, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when working with sensitive donor and organizational information. Demonstrated understanding of Wounded Warrior Project's mission, values, programs, and services and the impact they have on wounded warriors and their families. Demonstrated understanding of military service organizations (MSOs), veteran service organizations (VSOs), and the broader veteran support community. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. High energy level. Self-starter; willing to take initiative. Requirements Seven years of fundraising or sales experience. Five years of demonstrated achievement identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding mid-level donors, including at least three years of experience leading donor stewardship, major giving, planned giving, or related fundraising initiatives. Three years of staff management experience, including at least two years in a fundraising leadership or equivalent leadership position. Preferences Five years of experience working in a nonprofit organization. Three years of experience using Salesforce NPSP or a similarCRM. EDUCATION
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Preferences None.CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE

General office environment; temperature controlled. May require participation in events under varying weather conditions. May require lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds. Up to 25% travel. The estimated hiring range for this position is between $120,556- 150,696 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials.

The estimated hiring range for this position is between $125,798- $157,248 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
