Job Description

The Opportunity As part of a major multi-year expansion strategy, GOD TV is seeking a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to help establish and scale its US fundraising operations. This role represents a foundational hire within a new and growing team, with responsibility for building the systems, relationships, and campaigns that will underpin future growth. The successful candidate will combine professional fundraising expertise with a strong sense of mission, playing a key role in localising global campaigns, driving revenue growth, and developing meaningful supporter relationships across the United States. The Role The US Fundraising Manager will lead the coordination and execution of multi-channel fundraising activity, supporting ambitious growth targets over the next phase of expansion. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, the role will oversee campaign delivery across direct mail, digital, and broadcast channels, while also driving US-specific initiatives aligned with local audience needs. A central focus of the role will be the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of Major Donor relationships; building long-term partnerships that sustain and grow the ministry. This is a "builder" role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution within a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.
Core Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Campaign Delivery:
Own the strategy, planning, and performance of US-based fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital, and broadcast channels Work closely with global teams to localise international campaigns for the US market Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity to achieve defined growth targets Manage the US fundraising budget and make recommendations regarding campaign investment, resource allocation, and revenue-growth initiatives Contribute to the development and implementation of a long-term US fundraising strategy Support the evolution of scalable fundraising systems and processes
Major Donor Development & Relationship Management:
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and Major Donors Lead personalised outreach, including meetings and tailored engagement strategies Secure significant gifts through clear, compelling, and mission-aligned communication Develop and implement stewardship plans to strengthen long-term donor relationships Ensure donors are consistently informed, engaged, and connected to the impact of their giving
Data, Reporting & Administration:
Utilise Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track donor journeys, pipeline activity, and performance Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of data management Provide regular reporting on KPIs, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness Ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices in donor management
Leadership & Integration:
Lead, manage, and develop US fundraising team members, providing clear direction, coaching, performance feedback, and accountability for results Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and performance management processes for US fundraising personnel Allocate work, set priorities, and monitor performance across the US fundraising function to ensure fundraising objectives and revenue targets are achieved.
Candidate Profile Experience & Track Record:
Proven experience in fundraising management, ideally within a non-profit or ministry context Demonstrated success delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns Strong track record in Major Donor cultivation and securing significant gifts Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce (highly desirable)
Strategic & Professional Capability:
Strong understanding of the US philanthropic and Christian media landscape Ability to translate strategy into effective, executable plans Confident communicator, able to articulate vision and impact to diverse audiences Comfortable operating independently within a high-growth, "start-up" style environment Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

Demonstrate support for and commitment to the Christian mission, values and statement of faith of GOD TV Confidence and willingness to pray with donors and partners Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Collaborative, with the ability to work across global teams Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment Performance & Impact Success in this role will be measured through: Achievement of US fundraising growth targets Successful execution and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns Growth and retention of Major Donor relationships Strength and accuracy of reporting, pipeline management, and data integrity Contribution to the establishment of scalable fundraising systems and processes Working Model This position offers a hybrid working arrangement that requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. To best support our clients and team, this role is open only to candidates who are physically located in the state of Colorado, CO.
