As a vital member of our team, you will identify fundraising opportunities by connecting with local churches and organizations for the purpose of raising funds for BGM's mission. Job Description:
Find donor opportunities through warm and cold outreach to individual donors, churches, organizations, and, if time, corporate sponsorships Nurture warm donor relationships through acknowledging their gifts with cards, emails, and phone calls throughout the year to offer gratitude, prayer, and ministry updates (if appropriate) Research and identify new donor leads and opportunities Outreach to new donor opportunities via cold calling, walking into churches, organizations, and businesses If possible, attending local events or traveling to identify and facilitate key relationships to support the mission of Bridges Global Mission Set up and attend meetings between Executive Team members and church leaders to educate new donors on the mission of Bridges and set up possible speaking engagements or presentation opportunities to congregations Maintain up-to-date records of donor information Other duties deemed necessary by the Executive Team leaders About Us Bridges Global Mission is a Christian nonprofit organization committed to serving underprivileged children and adults in the United States and South India.
