Job Description

Overview Join our expanding team as a Donor Relations Professional, where your passion for fostering meaningful connections and advancing New Vision Youth Services, Inc's. mission. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the organization CEO and supporters, building and cultivating long-term relationships that inspire ongoing engagement and support. Your strategic approach, combined with exceptional communication skills, will help address funding cut backs and help us immediately expand and strengthen fundraising systems already built. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career and to leverage your expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, and relationship management to make a tangible difference. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive donor engagement strategies that strengthen relationships and encourage sustained giving Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging fundraising events with NVYS team and campaigns to attract new donors and retain existing supporters Manage digital marketing efforts including email marketing campaigns via platforms like Givebutter, Monday.com and Mailchimp to communicate impact stories and solicit donations Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce, Monday.com, GiveButter, and other databases to track donor interactions, manage records, and analyze giving trends Write compelling grant proposals and funding requests to secure grants from foundations, government agencies, and other sources Maintain active relationships with donors through personalized communication, updates on organizational progress, and recognition efforts Collaborate with the marketing team on social media management and digital outreach strategies to enhance visibility and engagement Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, nonprofit management, or fundraising roles with a focus on donor relations or development Strong skills in event planning, event management, and coordinating large-scale gatherings or campaigns Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media management tools is highly desirable Excellent written communication skills for proposal writing, grant applications, and digital content creation Demonstrated ability in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning to cultivate donor loyalty Knowledge of estate planning laws (wills, trusts & estate law) relevant to philanthropic giving is a plus Experience in public relations, digital marketing, data collection, research methods, budgeting, and mail campaigns Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication fuels impactful change. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
