Job Description
The Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA) is a leading nonprofit advancing economic mobility through workforce development, housing, entrepreneurship, and community services. The Fund Development Coordinator VISTA will help strengthen ULGA's fundraising capacity by building systems that improve grant writing, funder engagement, and revenue growth. This is a capacity-building role, focused on developing internal tools and processes—not direct service. The VISTA will support grant research, create proposal templates, and help integrate AI tools into fund development workflows to improve efficiency and impact. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, strategy, and technology, who wants hands-on experience helping an organization grow its funding and sustainability.
