This position plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive Clubhouse environment where youth feel supported and encouraged. Key Responsibilities Support daily youth programming and enrichment activities Build positive relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model Assist with educational, recreational, sports, and healthy lifestyle activities Encourage participation and maintain a safe, welcoming environment Reinforce positive behaviors and respectful decision-making Support daily operations, program setup, and member engagement Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality youth programming Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with youth preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid Hawai'i driver's license preferred Availability for occasional evenings or weekends as needed About Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i is dedicated to enabling all young people—especially those who need us most—to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
