This role is a blend of hands-on training, quality control, and strategic project management. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every franchise store operates at peak efficiency while strictly adhering to H Mart's corporate standards and procedures. As the key link between corporate headquarters and franchise owners, you will analyze store performance, lead the implementation of new systems, and develop comprehensive training programs for store staff. Whether you are managing a new store opening or optimizing an existing location's workflow, your focus will be on maintaining the high-quality standards that define our brand. Job Duties Overall Operational Management Monitor the operational status of franchise stores and promptly address issues that arise in day-to-day operations Ensure consistent application of the company's operational standards and procedures across all franchise locations Analyze operational processes in franchise stores and propose optimization strategies to enhance efficiency Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement based on data analysis Lead the standardization of operational procedures and support their effective implementation across all franchise stores Provide training and support for the successful adoption of new operational systems and procedures Plan and manage key operational projects, including new store openings, system rollouts, and other major initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the operational skills of franchise store staff Provide ongoing support to maintain consistency and quality in franchise operations Qualifications Bachelors or better in Business Administration, Hospitality and Resort Management 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices in the F&B industry Proficiency in operations management software and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
