Job Summary The Leadership Development Specialist is a key partner in cultivating a strong leadership culture across the organization. This role supports leadership development strategies that align with organizational goals. Through targeted programming, coaching, and collaboration with departmental leaders, this position supports the growth of current and emerging leaders and reinforces organizational values. Position Specific Essential Functions Develops, implements, and continuously improves leadership development programs and training workshops across all levels, supporting new and established leaders. Facilitates leadership training sessions using dynamic delivery methods (workshops, roundtables, virtual platforms, etc.). Assists with the design and adaptation of training materials, handouts, and e-learning modules in collaboration with Human Resources, Staff Development, and other leadership stakeholders. Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including scheduling rooms, setting up equipment, and preparing all necessary resources. Collaborates with Human Resources and Leadership to identify developmental opportunities and creates curriculum to support leadership development and growth. Evaluates program impact and effectiveness using data-driven methods (surveys, feedback, performance trends) and reports this data to appropriate leadership. Maintains accurate training records Collaborates with Human Resources, Staff Development, and Departmental leadership to ensure training programs align with Shannon's mission, vision, and values. Promotes a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and accountability aligned with the organization's mission and values. Supports the onboarding and integration of new leaders to accelerate their impact and cultural alignment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, business, leadership or related field Preferred Master's degree in a related fieldExperience:
Required Experience teaching, or conducting training sessions for leadership audiences Preferred Three to five years of experience in teaching, training, leadership development, talent management, or organizational development. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to assess leadership competencies and align development efforts with strategic business needs Comfortable leveraging data and feedback tools to inform leadership development decisionsCertification/Licensure:
