Development Specialist (Fundraising) - Girl Scouts of Utah Join Girl Scouts of Utah and help power our mission through impactful fundraising! We're looking for a detail-driven storyteller and relationship-builder to support grants, donors, and campaigns that make a difference.What You'll Do:
Research, write, and manage compelling grant proposals and reports Track and steward donor relationships with timely acknowledgments Manage fundraising data and reporting (Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge) Support fundraising events, campaigns, and workplace giving Collaborate across teams to grow community impact and revenueAdministrative Support:
Provide general administrative support for various development initiatives and ensure timely deliverables. Assist with other duties as assigned.What we offer:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher required. Proven experience (2+ years) of professional grant writing and fundraising experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or NXT is preferred.Skills:
A commitment and passion for the Girl Scout mission and an ability to effectively model, promote, and communicate the mission and vision of Girl Scouts to internal and external stakeholders Ability to work as a full-time staff member, with a dynamic schedule which will include evenings and weekends. High level of professionalism with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, multitask, meet deadlines, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, work efficiently under pressure, and work independently. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to edit work for spelling and grammar, and ability to read and interpret written information and numbers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, razor's Edge, Blackbaud and ability to learn other platforms. Capable of receiving and implementing feedback effectively. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective interdepartmental relationships. Collaborative, transparent, and inclusive work approach. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.Physical Demands:
