Job Description

Sales Management Trainee We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for growth and experience with a top rated team! As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into senior leadership quickly. Duties Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods. Service of existing client base. Development of new representatives. Monitoring daily activity of team. Reports on field activity. Weekly recruitment. New hire assessment. Prerequisites Strong customer service skills. Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required) Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. Ability to pass a background check.
