Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Duties:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data
