Assistant Manager

Duties:

• Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage and maintain inventory stock levels
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
• Help create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet market demands
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives
