Summary This role provides leadership and support to management staff by recruiting, training, motivating, and ensuring compliance with company standards and goals. It oversees marketing initiatives, operational procedures, and administrative functions, including financial reporting, expense control, and customer satisfaction. The position ensures consistent execution of company policies while maintaining brand image, staff performance, and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Dual-Operation Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of both the retail vehicle sales floor and the integrated underwriting/collections finance department.

P&L Management:

Drive location profitability by managing the facility budget, controlling inventory aging, and meeting monthly sales. collection and service KPIs. Supervisory Responsibilities Hire results-driven managers Train, counsel, review, motivate, and terminate managers as needed Ensure all staff meet required training standards Schedule and lead weekly meetings with managers Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to all staff Collaborate with managers to retain their team members Provide ongoing leadership, accessibility, and support to management Marketing Duties Select appropriate advertising media channels Execute promotional and marketing campaigns Uphold Byrider's brand by maintaining corporate apparel and property standards Operations Management Monitor compliance across Byrider Sales and CNAC Finance programs Track effectiveness of all follow-up programs Identify and resolve operational issues; provide actionable recommendations Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the lot and CNAC office Evaluate Management Boards for goal variances and assist in corrective planning Follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution Oversee and advise on safety and security measures Administrative Functions Oversee tax, title, and license procedures Track and evaluate customer insurance reports Generate timely financial reports for the franchisee and central support Analyze performance data against goals Calculate and submit royalties to central support and the ad group Monitor HR procedures and manage labor costs Control and reduce operating expenses

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Dealership General Manager, GSM, or Finance Director. Prior background in Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH), Subprime automotive financing, or consumer retail lending is highly preferred.

Financial & Analytical Skills:

Advanced understanding of automotive accounting, portfolio management, delinquency tracking, and inventory turn strategy.

Compliance mindset:

Strong operational familiarity with federal and Arkansas regulations governing automotive sales and consumber lending

Leadership Style:

Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on coaching staff, holding teams accountable, and resolving client issues effectively.
