Park Inc. is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Assistant General Manager to help oversee valet operations at Southland Casino , one of the region's premier entertainment destinations. As Assistant General Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, strong client relationships, and an outstanding guest experience. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing valet team Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to deliver top-tier customer service Manage employee performance including training, coaching, counseling, retention, and employee relations Assist with hiring and terminations as needed Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting and staffing needs Operations & Client Relations Maintain a strong working relationship with the client's designated site contact Handle onsite communication with guests, client representatives, and management Ensure compliance with all Park Inc. and client policies and procedures Continuously review operations for efficiency and service improvements Scheduling, Reporting & Oversight Create, distribute, and clearly communicate employee schedules Ensure all shifts are covered and staffing gaps are filled Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational and timekeeping reports Conduct routine audits and "mystery shop" assessments Safety, Equipment & Risk Management Train employees on job-site operations with a strong focus on safety and service Enforce company policies and procedures consistently Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained Assist with property damage claims and incident documentation What We're Looking For Leadership experience in valet, hospitality, parking, or service-based operations Strong customer service mindset and a proven ability to lead by example Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Park Inc.?
