As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle care, and building customer loyalty through efficient service. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Leading and training your team to achieve high performance is key to success in this role.
Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer service mindset, and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure. Experience with KPI data, schedule flexibility, and fluency in English are required. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
