What you would do:

Mentor a Store Manager to ensure your team's success! Lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience Grow the guest volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store Achieve sales goals and guest experience goals as outlined by Management Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment that guests can feel Train and support staff at varying levels of development Manage daily operations, deliver consistent, high-quality services, and promote Raceway Car Wash within your community Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to guests We are looking for people who have: Leadership and mentorship experience and a natural inclination to express these traits A track record of successful outcomes and a willingness to take ownership The skills to lead and motivate a team A desire to learn mechanical and electrical skill sets A service and goal-oriented outlook and personality A high level of initiative, attention to detail and pride in their work Availability to work long hours, including weekends, and a varying schedule to meet the needs of a fast-paced business A passion for building relationships with guests and community A willingness to work hard towards a common team goal Outstanding Guest Service skills and an outgoing attitude A desire to be active in a fast-paced, outdoor environment year round
