This will be a position to eventually take over a General Manager position at one of our 5 locations. Job Accountabilities Stuff you'll be doing (should you accept this pawesome opportunity): Providing best-in-class customer service matching puppies with appropriate new forever owners/homes Sharing pet and product knowledge to facilitate sales Manage sales and animal care team. • High School Diploma required
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and dedication to outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of the pet industry a bonus, but not required if other criteria is met.
• Must love dogs!
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment and often times under stressful situations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and be mobile in the store for long periods of time to greet customers and socialize puppies.
