$100k- 150k/year Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cookie Division Manager to lead and grow our cookie business.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.Marketing Strategy:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our cookie products. Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance our product portfolio. Oversee the development of new cookie products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.Financial Management:
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Industry Expertise:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications 5+Years of Wholesale Cookie Sales Experience:
Proven experience in the cookie business , with a focus on sales, marketing, or product development. Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and achieving business goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Pay:
$100,000.00- $150,000.
