Qualifications Proven management experience within an auto repair or automotive service environment with supervisory responsibilities. Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making. Excellent team management skills with a focus on leadership development and team building. Demonstrated expertise in operational management, process improvement, and project execution. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and strategic planning purposes. Ability to communicate effectively at managerial levels with excellent managerial communication skills. Experience in business development, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
