Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner and operational right hand to the CEO. This role is responsible for driving key initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment, and managing high-priority projects that support the company's strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will operate at a high level across departments to improve communication, streamline processes, and ensure accountability on critical initiatives. This is a business operations and project management role designed to increase organizational effectiveness and allow the CEO to remain focused on strategy, growth, and leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, comfortable working with senior leaders, and able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the CEO Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and accountability Monitor progress on key initiatives and proactively address risks or delays Coordinate communication and alignment across leadership and departments Prepare materials and support execution for executive and leadership meetings Drive follow-through on decisions and ensure organizational accountability Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability Track and report on key projects, priorities, and business performance indicators Act as a central coordination point for strategic initiatives and executive priorities Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive initiatives to completion Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing priorities and maintain focus on high-impact outcomes High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information Experience improving processes, tracking performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency Proficiency with business and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management platforms, reporting tools) Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership of outcomes Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Salary Range:
