Full-Time | In-Person | Sacramento, CA We are currently hiring a motivated Management Trainee to join our growing sales and marketing team. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales strategy, and leadership development. This role begins with direct customer engagement in a retail setting, where you'll learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing before taking on additional responsibilities in team coordination and campaign support.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services Generate new leads and assist with customer enrollment Track performance metrics and work toward individual goals Support team training and daily operations Participate in ongoing leadership development and team meetings

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a retail environment Ability to work full-time in Sacramento and surrounding areas Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
