Due to business expansion and talent development needs, we are hiring 1 Channel Operations Management Trainees.

Location:

Fontana, CA Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Management Develop, maintain, and optimize parcel/logistics carrier channels to ensure efficient delivery network performance. Plan and execute channel strategies; build strong partnerships with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). Issue Resolution & Risk Control Handle channel-related issues and customer complaints; coordinate internal and external resources to drive timely resolution. Monitor and reduce service risks including delays, lost packages, and damages; continuously improve service quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics execution. Coach and support team members to improve overall productivity and operational consistency. Systems & Process Optimization Support logistics management system integration and optimization to enable automation and digitalization. Review and update SOPs regularly to improve operational efficiency and execution quality. Qualifications Bachelor' s degree or above; preferred majors: Data/Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Familiarity with e-commerce, warehousing, and logistics operations; experience with supply chain or e-commerce software is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills (verbal and written); able to design workflows and improve user/process experience. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to perform well under pressure; strong teamwork mindset. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (professional proficiency). Willing and able to travel based on business needs, generally at least once per quarter, including but not limited to visits to company warehouses in other states and in-person meetings with logistics carriers or business partners.
