Work Location:
Fontana, CA (WFH available after 2-3 weeks probation period) Job Responsibilities Be responsible for daily trucking business scheduling and dispatching work, coordinate on-site logistics operation Operate and manage logistics platforms (DAT / PKLT proficiently) Provide cross-border customer service, connect and communicate with Chinese and US clients to resolve business issues Sort out, analyze and process daily operation data, form standardized data records Cooperate with the team to support Amazon e-commerce and trucking business daily operation Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese native speaker preferred) Solid trucking business experience and professional dispatcher working experience Familiar with DAT or PKLT logistics platform operation Prior experience in US-China cross-border customer service is a strong plus Proficient in data processing, able to independently sort and analyze operational data High self-motivation, able to adapt to early working schedule (start at 7 AM) No strict requirements for school background, practical ability is prioritized Interview & Benefit Probation period: 2-3 weeks, permanent WFH policy after passing probation Position 2: Operation Management Trainee (Carson, CA)Work Location:
Carson, CAJob Responsibilities Responsible for air freight and container pickup operation management and daily scheduling arrangement Conduct trucking business dispatching and warehouse daily operation management Process and analyze operational data regularly, optimize daily operation procedures Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth progress of logistics business Adapt to flexible working hours and cooperate with team business arrangement Qualifications & Requirements Practical working experience in air freight and container pickup operation Professional dispatcher experience, with solid trucking business and warehouse operation experience (core highlight) Excellent data processing and data analysis skills Flexible working attitude, able to adapt to adjustable working hours High self-motivation, responsible for daily operation work Able to start work at 7 AM and complete 8-hour daily work Compensation & Benefits Benefits During and After Probation Daily lunch provided on workdays Monthly snacks and refreshments Holiday gifts and team celebrations Additional Benefits After Probation Paid Time Off (PTO): 7 days annually (including 1 day for Chinese New Year)Paid Sick Leave:
