Assistant Manager - Yeems Coffee (Gardena, CA) Yeems Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Gardena location ! We're a specialty coffee shop focused on delivering excellent service, high-quality coffee, and a warm community atmosphere.

$23/hr during the probationary period

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a hardworking and kind individual with coffee and managerial experience who can help lead our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee, has a strong work ethic, and can foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and team efficiency Lead and support baristas, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture Maintain high standards for coffee quality and customer service Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Handle customer interactions, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a managerial role within a coffee shop is required Strong knowledge of coffee Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a great team culture Availability to work weekends and full-time (5 days a week) If you're an experienced and passionate coffee professional looking for a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you!
