Full-Time About Us We are a rapidly growing regenerative medicine and tissue banking organization focused on advancing the collection, processing, and long-term storage o f biologic materials for clinical and research applications. Our mission is t o build a best-in-class tissue bank with strong regulatory compliance, operational excellence, andscalable infrastructure. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager / Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic development o f a new tissue bank. This role blends business leadership, operational execution, and scientific coordination, making i t ideal for a candidate with both business training (MBA o r equivalent) and hands-on experience in a scientific, biotech, or healthcare environment. This is a high-impact, early-stage leadership role with direct exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity t o help build a company from the groundup. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the tissue bank, including logistics, staffing, andworkflow optimization Coordinate with laboratory personnel on tissue processing,cryopreservation, and storage operations Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (FDA, state tissuebanking, AABB, etc.) Manage SOPs, operational protocols, and quality systems Manage vendor relationships (equipment, LIMS, storage systems,monitoring systems) Track financial performance, budgeting, and operational KPIs Assist i n building scalable infrastructure, including systems for growth andmulti-site expansion Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and physiciannetwork integration Implement and manage software systems (LIMS, CRM, inventory tracking,CRM software, etc.) Hire, train, and manage operational staff Qualifications MBA or equivalent business training preferred, but not required Bachelor's degree i n biological sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, orrelated field strongly preferred 3-7+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, lab operations, or tissuebanking Experience in startup or growth-stage environments highly desirable Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FDA, CLIA, tissue banking standards)is a strong plus Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability t o operate a t both strategic and hands-on levels Ideal Candidate Comfortable working i n a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
