Job Description:
The Vice President of Acquisitions at Wireless Equity Group will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. This role involves overseeing site acquisition, lead generation, pipeline and team management. The VP will develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire commercial real estate with cell tower ground and rooftop leases and convert calls into customers. Additionally, the VP will lead the acquisitions team, build relationships with real estate and industry professionals, and stay abreast of market trends to inform strategic decisions. This role also includes creating and managing webinars, video content, and other outreach efforts to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
Team Leadership:
Lead and grow the acquisitions team, providing continuous training and mentorship to ensure high performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
Marketing Support:
Drive comprehensive marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination. Boost the company's online presence and brand visibility through targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Webinars and Video Content Creation:
Plan and execute engaging webinars and create compelling video content on industry-related topics. Organize webinars to showcase the company's expertise, engage with clients, and address market trends. Produce regular video updates for the company's websites and social media channels to maintain client engagement.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Conduct prospecting activities through support calls, networking, and attending industry events to identify acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and optimize outreach efforts. Implement innovative prospecting techniques to drive new business and expand the company's market presence.
CRM Lead Management:
Develop and manage CRM automations and drip campaigns to drive lead conversion. Oversee lead distribution to agents, ensuring proper tagging and assignment. Monitor agent activity and performance to ensure leads are followed up on promptly and effectively.
Client Outreach:
Manage outreach efforts to over 100,000 property owners in the company's database. Monitor daily activities and coordinate appointment setting to advance acquisition efforts. Develop personalized outreach strategies to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Customer Surveying:
Follow up with active clients and prospects to confirm that their inquiries have been addressed and that they have received competitive pricing. Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction. Analyze survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Blog and Article Writing:
Produce weekly blog articles on relevant infrastructure industry topics to engage audiences and improve SEO. Stay updated on industry trends and news to generate timely and informative content. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote blog content through various channels.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data management tools, such as Excel, to analyze business data, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop regular performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Present data findings to senior management and provide actionable recommendations.
Document Preparation:
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring they meet company standards. Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, including business plans and proposals. Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales with a California real estate license (or pending license) preferred. Strong interest or experience in real estate assets or industry knowledge required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling abilities. Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, and CRM platforms; experience with Follow Up Boss is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset. Discreet and trustworthy, with the capability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges effectively. A positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Compensation:
$60,000 Base + Commission - Est. $200,000+ if minimum goals are achieved.
