May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures. Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support senior management with strategic planning and decision-making processes. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures. Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a business administration or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Knowledge of project management principles. Familiarity with financial and budgetary processes. Fluency in Korean (both speaking and writing) is required
