Duties Lead and manage all aspects of the auto body shop operations, including workflow, staffing, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, improve processes, and expand the customer base. Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure profitability. Supervise technicians and support staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards. Drive business development initiatives by building relationships with insurance companies, fleet clients, and local businesses. Manage project timelines for repairs, ensuring quality work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Skills Proven management experience within an auto body or automotive repair environment with strong supervisory skills. Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on business growth and operational efficiency. Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate teams and foster a positive work culture. Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial metrics for a service-oriented business. Strong business development skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple repair jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Effective sales skills to promote services, upsell additional repairs or maintenance options, and enhance customer retention.
