COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is the worldwide leader in specialty harvesters. We design, manufacture, and distribute innovative harvesting equipment and related products for the application, berry, citrus, coffee, field corn, forage, fresh market vegetable, olives, processed vegetable, seed, and vineyard markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and owns the parts commercial strategy for company's Fruit business, aligned with company growth, margin, and working capital objectives.
Defines annual and multi-year parts revenue, margin, and inventory performance targets by geography and product portfolio.
Owns parts pricing strategy including list pricing, market and regional pricing structures, and price adjustments.
Defines inventory strategy and target levels by product family and geography to balance customer service expectations, margin goals, and working capital efficiency.
Defines and oversees parts marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth, improves inventory turns, and supports obsolescence reduction.
Owns, monitors, and communicates key performance indicators, including: Parts availability and fill rates, Backorders and critical downtime parts, Gross margin %, Inventory turns, Obsolescence exposure, Revenue growth, Forecast accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in aftermarket, or service operations, spare parts business, pricing, or commercial strategy roles in AG, off-highway OEM or large dealer environments.
Demonstrated success improving gross margins, inventory turns, and obsolescence outcomes.
Strong financial and analytical skills with experience using ERP systems and commercial or inventory data.
Experience working across multiple geographies in a complex, matrixed organization.
Global business exposure, including working with international markets, suppliers, and distribution networks.
International and U.S. travel required (approx. 20%), with recurring presence in Washington and California.
