PIMCO) (Newport Beach, California). Perform customized portfolio analyses, publish research and build bespoke strategies across a variety of asset classes in both public and private markets. Partner with the Account Management team to interact with clients, and design solutions to meet client's investment objectives. Leverage PIMCO's investment management infrastructure to help clients (CIOs, CEOs, Boards) with the macro issues of investment management, such as asset allocation and risk management. Build models and generate intellectual capital for PIMCO's Solutions activities. Deliver and present customized analyses to clients and prospects. Become a trusted investment advisor to help PIMCO win mandates across products and asset classes.- Requires a master's or foreign equivalent degree in finance, analytics, economics or a related field and 5 years of experience performing professional investment work.
- Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: o Working in asset management, including banking or insurance o Performing quantitative and data analysis using SQL o Working with investment asset classes, including fixed income and alternatives o Performing insurance Asset and Liability Management (ALM), including working with related regulatory requirements
