What You'll Do:

Inspire & Lead:

Update Site and District Managers regularly.

Boost Efficiency:

Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors. 2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry Experience driving for and achieving results Membership sales experience is a plus! Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting) Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
