• Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. + Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. + Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. + Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

• Skills/Qualifications
• Required + Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months + Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: + Have an active driver's license + Be at least 21 years of age + Obtain a DOT medical certification + Provide documentation regarding their previous employment Preferred + Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role + A business or otherwise related academic major + A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities + Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program

• A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $69,000/Year.
