Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our organization. Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) May include every other Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM Schedule is subject to change based on business needs

com Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales and customer service experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Key Responsibilities The Management Trainee will assist department managers with a variety of responsibilities including : Learn and perform customer service, branch management, and company operations Gain a comprehensive understanding of all business functions Support daily operational activities and workflow efficiency Assist in supervising customer service staff, warehouse personnel, and delivery drivers Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational effectiveness Support employee evaluations and foster a positive, high-performance team environment Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training standards Assist with driver oversight, including routing, productivity, and vehicle maintenance compliance Track and report on ISO quality objectives, implementing corrective actions when necessary Support call center operations to meet performance benchmarks Process customer orders, quotes, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Review operational reports (open orders, returns, delivery notes) to ensure completion Assist in training and onboarding new employees Contribute to sales reporting, performance tracking, and strategic planning Participate in staff meetings and provide input on operational improvements Travel to other locations as needed to provide operational support Assist with accounting tasks, register closing, and daily logs Monitor delivery performance using routing systems and ensure compliance with procedures Help develop and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Conduct audits of branch performance and recommend improvements Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth operations Assist with outbound calls, client outreach, and sales initiatives Complete additional duties as assigned
