ADP has developed some of the most iconic aircraft in history such as the U-2, SR-71, and F-117. The Senior Portfolio Business Manager role will oversee financial strategy development and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs for the new Special Systems Pillar that has been stood up with ADP. This portfolio is comprised of programs that are supporting some of our nation's most critical national security needs and requires the ability find rapid business solutions with win-win fundamentals. This role is responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who play a key role in driving business outcomes through timely and accurate financial forecasting, effective management of program performance, business capture strategy development, and discretionary resource management, etc. In addition to having a broad business background and strong financial acumen, the position requires a people-oriented leader that can attract, engage, motivate, and develop F&BO talent within the organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and perform to the highest ethical standards. The F&BO team is a critical support function and is integrated into every part of the business. This leader will be instrumental in shaping the culture of the team and should be passionate about talent management. Basic Qualifications Experience managing Earned Value Management in a Department of War/US Government environment Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis to include forecasting Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash Experience with Discretionary Resource Managment to include overhead, capital, and new business funds Experience with DoW Acquistion processes and ability to shape business strategy across the acquisition life-cycle Previous leadership experience in a highly dynamic business environment Desired Skills Extensive background with business case analysis to include modeling
NPV, IRR, ROIC
Proven background of finding alternative business models to meet emerging customer requirements Prior talent development, training, and mentoring experience Proven track record of driving accountability and performance Prior experience with the Lockheed Martin Long Range Planning (LRP) process Prior experience in the Lockheed Martin Contract Status Review (CSR) process Experience with C-Suite level communication including briefing development and delivery Demonstrated ability to develop and implement different business models on unique product linesPay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
