Flynn Group is bringing 7 Brew to new markets, with plans to grow to 160 locations . This will be the first Area Director role supporting the first locations in this market , giving you the opportunity to establish the operational foundation, build a high-performing team, develop future leaders, and help shape what this brand looks like as it grows. About the Role As an Area Director, you'll provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple 7 Brew stands while developing the General Managers who lead them. You'll be responsible for driving sales, profitability, guest experience, team engagement, and operational excellence across your area. As the market grows, so will the opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to build something, develop people, and grow their own career along with the brand . Your Territory This is a field-based role supporting locations throughout Northern and Central California . The initial market includes locations in: Visalia Yuba City Clovis Rocklin North Las Vegas, NV Roseville Marysville Ceres Turlock Candidates should live within reasonable driving distance of the majority of the market and be comfortable with frequent travel between locations. What You'll Do Lead and develop multiple General Managers and their teams Build strong relationships with GMs through coaching, accountability, and consistent field leadership Drive sales, profitability, labor, and operational performance across the market Establish a culture focused on hospitality, energy, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences Identify and develop high-potential team members and future leaders Partner with leadership to support new stand openings and successful market expansion Help establish operational standards and best practices as the market grows Analyze business results and use data to identify opportunities and improve performance Recruit, retain, and develop top talent Ensure consistent execution of brand standards while allowing teams to bring their own energy and personality to the guest experience Serve as a visible leader and ambassador for 7 Brew and Flynn Group within the market What We're Looking For We're looking for a proven multi-unit leader who is ready to take on a significant growth opportunity.

You Bring:

Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience A track record of developing and leading General Managers Strong business and financial acumen Experience driving sales, profitability, labor, and operational results A passion for developing people and building leadership pipelines Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills The ability to move quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a high-growth environment High energy and an authentic, engaging leadership style A willingness to be hands-on and present in the operation The ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned market QSR, fast casual, coffee, or other high-volume customer-facing multi-unit experience is strongly preferred.
