Job Description

  • General Description:
  • The BeOne Hematology Franchise is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director to lead non-personal promotion strategy and execution.
The Hematology Franchise has a market-leading brand with BRUKINSA, just received approval on BEQALZI, and is on track to launch its third product. As our digital presence expands, this is a critical role to define and drive digital strategy and flawless execution across channels for all three brands, while aligning how BeOne delivers across functions. This position reports to the Vice President, Hematology Marketing.
  • Essential Functions of the
Job:
  • + Develop a digital strategy balancing the needs of all hematology brands throughout their lifecycles and approved indications.
+ Establish framework for how all functions across BeOne operate collaboratively, efficiently and compliantly in the digital universe. + Own the digital media plan for both HCP and Consumer for each brand as well as serve as lead and owner of the relationship with the media agency. + Work with each of the brand leads to ensure digital plans are aligned with the brand strategic plans. + Lead the BeOne cross functional NPP Core Group that includes brand marketing, Customer Enterprise Team, Global Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs along with Digital Strategic Execution members. + In collaboration with Global Technology Services, develop and optimize BeOne's Omnichannel Ecosystem to ensure brands are efficiently reaching customers on a 1:1 level. + Collaborate with Global Insights & Analytics to report performance metrics on media plans and tactics back to the brand and offer insight on how to optimize each plan through tools like Promo-Mix modeling. + Develop quarterly performance presentations that reflect reach, digital SOV, brand spend vs competitors, mROI and overall Rx lift. + Collaborate with promotions brand team members on quarterly flight plans for all digital channels (i.e. display, social, custom). + Own digital budgets for each brand, including media. + Ensure compliance with all Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and Pharmacovigilance requirements. + Establish clear goals and align team efforts with business objectives and priorities.

  • + Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field + MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Qualifications:
  • + BS/BA with 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or combination of marketing along related industry experience (sales, market research) + Must have led creation of brand media/digital strategy and execution plans + Experience in highly competitive markets + Experience directing media and agency partners, including budget tracking and management + Proven cross-functional agility and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and generate consensus through inclusion + Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills + Ability to remain calm in the face of challenges and lead with confidence and positivity during periods of ambiguity and change + Self-directed but seeks alignment with brand leadership and keeps them regularly informed on digital performance •
