Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC service business, ensuring efficiency and profitability Lead, coach, and develop field technicians, dispatchers, and office staff to meet performance goals Monitor KPIs including revenue, job completion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and technician productivity Manage scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize service capacity and response times Drive sales growth through upselling, maintenance agreements, and new customer acquisition strategies Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referral growth Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and vendor/supplier relationships
Requirements:
3+ years of management experience in HVAC, home services, or a related trade industry Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue and operational targets Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service operations, and industry best practices Experience with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge) preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven business decisions Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in
