Located just an hours' drive from San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles, it is an ideal destination for relaxing vacations, wine tasting tours, elegant events, and acclaimed dining experiences. Our resort offers a unique experience. This a full time on site role for a General Manager located in Temecula CA. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of two winery resorts, Carter Estate Winery Resort and South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service and luxury. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, and driving the overall vision and success of the resort. The General Manager will also be responsible for improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.Strategic Leadership & Vision:
Experience in hospitality management, resort operations and staff management. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase profitability and enhance the resort's market position. Identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities to drive growth. Maintain a long-term vision for the resort's continued success and evolution.Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to company standards. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and guest satisfactions Drive Continuous improvements initiatives in all areas of the resort.Financial Management:
Develop and mange annual budgets, forecasting an financial reports Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, implementing strategies to maximize financial performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or guest experience.Guest Experience & Company Reputation:
Champion a culture of exceptional guest service throughout the resort. Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address satisfactions. Maintain and enhance the reputation of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa as a premier destinationTeam Leadership & Development:
