Assistant Manager Description Tumbleweed Dispensaries About the job: The Assistant Manager assists in all aspects of the daily operations including order fulfillment, inventory, cash management, and daily reporting. This role will be key to creating and maintaining the organizational values of Tumbleweed ensuring all procedures and processes are followed and fostering a team focused on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate all transactions and operations efficiently Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience Ensure safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees Ensure ongoing staff education on medical and recreational cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods Collaborate with leadership on designing a strategy for increasing sales Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in store inventory as well as industrywide product and trend knowledge Helps ensure that inventory is accurate and tracked through company inventory controls Consult with law enforcement, vendors, landlords, and local community as needed Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager Open/Close the store

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Cannabis experience preferred Retail management experience preferred Proficient with basic software (i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel) Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent time management Ability to work independently and with others Self-driven Minimum 21 years of age Must possess valid driver's license or state ID Must pass all required background checks Must possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable)

Hours & Compensation:

$20 per hr starting, full-time.
