Position Summary CED is seeking a Management Trainee to join our team in New Castle, CO . This role provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of electrical distribution while developing the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn the business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily branch operations across multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow Support sales efforts by engaging customers and promoting product solutions Coordinate inventory management activities to maintain accurate and optimal stock levels Participate in structured training to build technical knowledge and leadership skills Contribute to marketing initiatives and customer outreach efforts Perform data entry and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications Previous experience or strong interest in sales, customer service, retail, or operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company Why Join CED CED offers a stable, growth-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to develop professionally and build long-term careers within the organization.
