The Chief of Staff will:

Sit between the Founder and the Executive Leadership of Each Organization Become the Central Operator and ultimately become well versed in each business Standardize processes with the Founder to create efficient and effective communications Work to help Executives determine priorities and project timelines for requests made by the Founder Keep the Founder apprised of Project milestones and the impacts of project changes on deadlines.
