Management Job Description Responsible for daily theater operations Ensure that each guest receives a great movie-going experience Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to staff Facilities maintenance and management Maintain control of theater expenses Drive concession sales Generate excitement and interest for films with promotions and marketing Properly account for cash, inventory, and all goods maintained in the theater Requirements Prior experience managing a theater is preferred Related management experience in a service oriented industry A passion for great customer service Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to effectively hire, train, and coach staff Lead by setting the proper example for both our guests and our employees Cash handling and inventory experience preferred General knowledge of using email and Microsoft Office products You must enjoy movies and serving others Ability to pass a background check Benefits Full time employees are offered the following benefits: Competitive pay Health, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation Personal Days Performance based bonus program FREE MOVIES and
