approved (ITAR) Dedicated to quality & service Role Oversee the entire production lifecycle , from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand, capacity, and resource availability. Monitor daily production activities , ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and timelines are met. Coordinate with production supervisors and team leads to resolve bottlenecks , optimize workflows, and maintain productivity. Ensuring effective management of human, material, and financial resources to meet performance objectives. Managing client and supplier relationships , and representing the company with external partners. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes. Proven experience in team management, supervision , and operational coordination. Strong leadership, communication , and problem-solving skills.
